I get it I built half a dozen starter homes in FLA that were to minimum UBC code but they are still designed better than HFH when it comes to curb appeal.. and keep in mind your neighborhood is owner occ.. huge difference than subsidized housing. 

Can you tell me how/where to get the free account because when I went to their site, I only see that there's a free trial for 15 days and then after the trial, the least costly account is their Starter Package which is  $10 / user / month (billed annually), or $12 / user / monthly. 

That one is a no starter, just a threat.

When i first started lending in South Jackson believe it not all my loans were going to flippers that sold retail basically starter homes..

I saw in my local newspaper about a home going up for foreclosure and I think it has the possibility of being a good starter investment for me.

Have you considered investing in any of the Texas markets, or are high insurance and property tax costs a non-starter for you?

Starter NNN deal for one of my clients is 3 to 4 million purchase price single tenant NNN property putting 35 to 40% down.

It's more for the starters making the first million or two.

Need starter advice.

Since you don't need a lot of space, buy a starter home to live in & then use the rest of the funds to purchase a cash-flowing rental in the area.
