Southwest Missouri is a market that I'm most interested in at the time due to it being my current area.

This seems easier with meals, hotels or rental cars where there is a per day cost that is easily calculated.Also, not to create an awkward situation, but it seems you both have a different take on whether the value of reward points are deductible (I spent ~21,000 points on Southwest and the ticket purchase would have been ~$250). 

I'm about an hour outside of New Orleans, to the Southwest.

Hello, I own 6 acres of vacant cleared land in Southwest, GA.

Fairmount, southwest center city, northernliberties, parts of olde kensington/fishtown, olde city, society hill, rittenhouse are all very vibrant areas with lots of activity. 

An experienced inspector who's only inspected 1960s masonry homes in the desert southwest isn't the most qualified to inspect an 1870s wood frame house in the northeast (and vice versa).In addition to many years' experience inspecting, you ideally want an inspector who has a background/experience in engineering/building/contracting.

My guess is that we'll see ATL southwest markets like Oakland City and Sylvan Hills gentrify more rapidly before Westside receives much attention. 

Located in southwest Iowa, I'm close to the Omaha and Des Moines markets, as well as the small towns in between.
