Also converted what was once a restaurant/kitchen to a coworking lounge with views of the ocean and pool/patio area.Redid kitchens, painted, added swing, hammocks and created social areas.

I contacted the transaction coordinator by email two weeks ago about the status of the rehab. 

Working with the city to find a solution.Unfortunately, most agents may not understand the legal property status nor actually know how to find out what it is.

Reg D 506 c requires that the sponsor verify accreditation status.  

He claims to assist you with buying 5 properties, but he is on social media all day long, he has an assistant text.
