I'm a sucker for learning new stuff, so I find it all exciting.

There are a few I like.One is Roger's Thursday night meetup in North Dallas called NTAREI. 

So far that hasn't happened, despite being given every opportunity to do so.

For those buyers it's called "parking their money".

This totally would have been a deal breaker had I known before signing up, but now I'm too far into it to turn back, so I need to make something work.  

They want to pick up the phone and call or text and get an instant response from their cleaners.

So there's gonna be that fun delay to things. 

I know notes get called all the time.
