OKC has good growth in jobs, population, and economy.

Also massive cuts to government spending that support recovering economies would not be good for that city.

I grew up in that area, and it's not great - declining population, stagnant economy that relies on 1 major employer (Caterpillar).

Syndication investing is awesome, it has given me sp500 beating returns for 30 years, fantastic tax benefits, great geographical diversification, a wealth of knowledge about this country and the economy in ways that a nerdy science type guy like me would never have known about.

What this means is that if you own 1 or 2 rental properties out of state, you'd only be able to expense an economy flight/reasonable accomodations.

Since your post, I've looked into the DORA and it seems to be a great  boost for the economy right in the neighborhood I am looking at investing in. 

There is definitely an economy of scale aspect to this.

Ohio markets like Columbus and Cincinnati have diversified economies, while Nashville has explosive growth and appreciation.

I'm a rookie in whole selling , I only have the knowledge that social media has and I think I understand how it works but have no idea of where to start or how its pretty frustrating not being able to provide for my family the way I want to and I could really use some advice or maybe tutoring in this subject, I just turned 20 and I want to have a good life in this economy I could really use any advice thank you so much.
