This is exactly why I believe that most people interested in actively participating in real estate (as opposed to just buying shares in REITs) biggest failure is that they want to skip the 12 - 36 months necessary to learn and experience real estate principles, real estate finance, and real estate law.  

Alternatively, you could skip the cameras and post signs everywhere (and in your marketing) and just claim you have cameras.
