I'm mostly interested in buy and hold rental properties to generate cash flow, one at a time. on investor side.I'm also excited to help buyers/investors to buy properties in Silicon Valley, Santa Clara County, San Mateo County and Alameda County. on Realtor side.Looking forward to learning from every one of you!

If you are from Silicon Valley, you know what I mean.I have not yet bought a rental property, but would like to meet up with others who are absentee landlords, specifically living in Monterey Bay or Silicon Valley.

Portland is the best buy on the west coast..its probably 1/4 the price of Silicon valley... and about 1/2 to 1/3 of Seattle... 

I am originally from Spain but I have been living in Silicon Valley, California, for about 11 years now.

So instead of sinking all my cash to buy a home in silicon valley, I'd rather invest in properties in other places for some cash flow.

Using low interest to refinance many were enjoying 5-8% cap rate here in Silicon Valley, CA.

I sold the home a few years ago for many times what I paid for it, but only because Silicon Valley took off in ways I could have never imagined at the time I bought it.

The condo is in Silicon Valley. 

The cheaper guy is a general handyman and has included lots of other work in his quote; re-siliconing the shower, repairing a couple of doors, repairing some doors, reputtying windows plus all the painting.
