Are you counting dishes or do you limit your concerns to the big-ticket items?

It may take more time to educate them about the benefits and potential returns.Consider this investor education to be a gourmet dish, with multifamily investments serving as the centerpiece.

You may also want to broaden your pallet and experiment with certain ethnic dishes.
