There is a ridiculous amount of inventory on the market and you are constantly fighting with bottom-dwellers willing to rent their dumps for $89/night.

I've seen dining chairs that are only rated for 225lb, which is ridiculous, they will not last. 

The truth is, the odds of being successfully sued for more than your insurance will cover is ridiculously low.

Sellers who resent paying 20 or 30 grand in commissions on houses they may be making 100k or more on are ridiculous, as are buyers who expect the world for nothing.
