It's in municipalities best interest to have this information readily available to the public so their rules are abided by. 

The law here says eviction is a public interest issue (of course it is!!!) 

Laundromats are open to the public, and if the local neighborhood has a high crime rate and transient population, those can be potentially expensive problems that can affect your business.

These are properties publicly listed with photos, etc.

Most will have the public off the shelf, and those DO come with the actions that NO they do NOT have to give you ___ time notice, they may, but they also may take proactive measure to immediately act.

I’d love to come to a meeting of the minds and a public forum probably isn’t the best place to do that.

Public forms are not the best place for asking legal questions since it's rare to find a unified accurate answer, so hopefully the video helps. 

And if there is a significant public purpose (doubtful) what would the new law do, require an immediate foreclosure?
