Multifamily property management is quite different than single family, I have done both. 

Why not consider selling your property and investing in a duplex or triplex?

Maybe a bit more furnished unless other properties are also selling furnished. - WRT income, at a minimum it has to cover all of your costs plus some for unforeseeable expenses.

Are they doing everything they can to expose properties to the widest possible market?
