Yes, our lending partners have sent us a list of zip codes that are affected/been put on hold.

Use median household income by zip code (and school rankings, to a much lesser extent).

I believe the point of contention with many who were on the OP's case in the older thread was his unwillingness to disclose his role in the promoted projects in his BiggerPockets profile.

You just keep twisting things John so clearly your here to promote an agenda and not for intelligent discourse.  

You can also promote it on STR outlets (or your agent should).

However these aren't neighborhoods where you can use a zip code analysis like many other Philadelphia zips.

The marketing/advertising firm, aka RE broker, is not the expert in building codes, zoning, structural engineering, neighborhood safety, etc.As a prudent investor, always do your own due diligence or you'll end up being (unitentionally) misguided by a RE broker's information.
