I guess that kind of vitriol is to be expected coming from someone who doesn't even have his own picture in his profile. 

You could ask the Contr to use a flexible compound if this happens again, or maybe even now...https://www.dap.com/products-projects/product-categories/pat...Take pictures of every place it occured....it's easy to forget after a couple years....

Keep track of every property--the address, purchase price/date, sale price/date, profit, rent at purchase, rent at sale, cost to renovate, take before and after pictures. 

So when i started at 18 I used to go to these appointments just like Al Pacino in the movie or Jack Lemmon sit in the houses show my maps and pictures and help them choose their lot of their dream.

I'm going to look at price, location and pictures.
