I´m an out-of-country investor looking for help with my legal and tax structure.Since I´m just starting out, I need help with the basics: setting up the LLCs that we will use (looking to invest in different states), getting an ITIN, opening bank accounts, and identifying the tax strategies that we will employ for the deals we want to make.I appreciate your recommendations.

You're in the business of flipping houses, so any self-employment taxes on the ordinary income most likely aren't being calculated in QB.

It also has a good sized tech hub, and major employers like coors, Amazon, Buckley space force base, Lockheed Martin, etc.

I'd definitely recommend considering the Columbus OH market - it's got strong macroeconomics with major employers coming in and developing here, steady population and job growth, and prices that still make sense for cash flow.

This in itself is an understated benefit because its a real pain having to explain to a lender, prospective employer etc. why your name is in the docket. 

I recommend people doing a side gig on what they specialize in.I am an accountant and when I worked within large public accounting firms, I had a side gig of bieng an accountant.I had a salary with my employer so regardless of how much more hours I put with them, i would be paid the same. 

I just want to focus on what I do and whether I can legally employ one or another approach/strategy, to test its viability.
