They don't get to redeem or overturn the sale because they forgot to pay or didn't receive it a bill.  

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is reporting that the Wisconsin legislature is considering purging CCAP of cases in which charges were dismissed, the defendant was found not guilty or the charge was overturned on appeal.For those who are not familiar, CCAP is the online database of Wisconsin court records.CCAP is obviously a valuable tool for WI landlords - what do fellow landlords think of this potential change?

Just in time for the AZ law to work its way through the most overturned lib court in the nation, 9th circuit, I believe.

I checked the Cook County recorder and the borrower/defendants never had any property or loans in their names in Cook County (unless it was a property or loan in an entity that was controlled by the borrowers).Is Paragraph 6 a mistake and could you use the irregularity to overturn the sale?

If the abandon decision is overturned by a borrower's defense, then you are back to the longer timeline.  

Based upon his holding I think it could be argued effectively; however, there is still the possibility it could be overturned.  

I don't blame you a bit for losing whatever faith you had in the judicial system; I myself have won suits twice against different ex-tenants and had them overturned by a bleeding heart appellate court judge.

However, the decision is being appealed and may be overturned.

How many rocks did you have to overturn before you landed each deal?
