I am covering utilities for the 1st floor and garden unit (for a 3-unit MFH rental)Any recommendations for a programmable thermostat where I can lock appropriate temperature ranges?

I would caution against a playroom as just like a pool or outdoor playground that brings a higher risk liability with it. 

Physician by trade in NC, but interests in prehospital medicine and the outdoors.   

I'm just getting a temperature feel from all of the STR investors out there that are paying attention to new markets.

Having an open conversation about any possible contributing factors, including outdoor exposure, could help resolve the situation.

Currently the manufacturers "solution" is to "not allow the temperature inside the house to vary".

Definitely looking to add more kid-friendly outdoor seating/climbing wall for families with young kiddos.

We have a huge influx of people buying in NH at the moment, obviously mostly short-term COVID-related, however I do feel this will be pretty sustained, now that so many people are questioning city life and have realized it IS possible to work from home, so why not do so in an incredibly beautiful place with hardly any crime and tons of outdoor activities?
