Run through some of the features you will need like setting up a property, moving in a tenant, receiving rent payments, and publishing online applications.Pay attention to which platform feels the best to you as you perform these functions.

Beach condos can perform well but it is more competitive than SFR. 

Some investments give better ROI in Phx, such as multifamily, and some generally perform better in getaway destinations (Sedona), for STR's, etc. 

To maximize its appeal, highlight rental performance, market it on investor-focused platforms, and consider selling before the academic year to attract buyers ready to capitalize on rental income.Good luck!

Performed as the GC What was the outcome?

While this job could be performed remotely, working with my peers in person for at least a year is important to me.

In 7 months, they have not produced ONE lead to close as guaranteed on their website (Launch Your Leads…LYL) A background  was performed prior to signing up, but we had no idea they were doing previous fraudulent scams under another name called Amplify My Business .

I'm a huge fan of San Antonio as an STR market, but it is, like most "mature" markets, very sensitive about WHAT performs well.
