FF is revamping their website (among MANY other changes), especially after the new CEO came on board a year ago.I have noticed that MTR operators utilize the platforms very differently from one another and most do not know how to take advantage or optimize for better performance.

Despite its popularity, very few actually understand the asset class and how to achieve optimal returns.

I'd rather have a 1 bedroom that I can optimize for couples or a 4-5+ bed. 

If the keyword intent is solid, the ad is well-crafted, the landing page is optimized, and the acquisition process is smooth, then the rest is just statistics.The main takeaway here is that you need to measure contract closures per keyword.

Just be sure to optimize for location within that market as much as your budget will allow and also make sure you are compliant with local laws.
