The way I and others have done it is to load into Google Drive, dropbox, etc and post a link.I don't currently use those facilities.

Most of the buildings were older and many weren't built with laundry facilities.

If you have facilities on-property, definitely have them use those.

Example: invest in syndications / short-term rentals / oil & gas wells / solar projects / conservation easements, and so on, due to the tax losses they generate.
