I don't use air fresheners because they can be offensive as easily as refreshing.A clean, neutral odor is all I want.

So it takes dedication to make money In real estate sales.. and 90% of her business at this point is referral.. but she put in the time and hours way back when in a 50k market .. making 1,500 a sale.. now she grumbles if its less than 10k a sale.. :)  but she is very good at sales and is a closer.. you have to be a closer to make it in sales.

I can understand the concern because of the odor, but your question did not include smoking marijuana or taking marijuana pills for medicinal purposes. 

As soon as I and renewed the lease the tenant wrote me this long message with all these things wronge, including drain smells bad(she’s been putting bleach down the drain to kill the odor, the lights in the kitchen and bedroom are flickering(this ones easily fixable) & the bathroom floor is in-caving because of water damage(she suggested a new shower door).

cody, i would get written policy made up and hung placed publically all around entrances and exits, over due it at eye level, then email and mail same new bld policy to all units. legally must have signs posted up along with contract. as per my lawyer written signs are like public bld policy. then require in lolicy a fee. i charge $25 per butt and $55 hour cleaning fee. and then buy and   install activtek system from me to kill all smoke odors and hit them with fines for having use air scrubbers. keep sending them air and surface cleaning bills every 3 days.

Was the odor seeping through shared vents or through firewall or what?

I have never had a unit that smelled like grease or for that matter had any odors that were significantly different from any luxury home.

So I had time to think, and decided one of the things in the my acceptance/counter was that they would have clean up the residues, fumes, chemicals, and odors of the fragrance and toxic chemicals in the house, and come down to 170 or a bit less, maybe pay closing costs, all or half.
