When visiting the apartment for maintenance, I've noticed her cat's claws have scratched up the wood floors. 

They have twice given me notice that they were prepared to initiate eviction proceedings at the owners request, due to late or incomplete  payments.

In Georgia, we send what’s called a Quit or Pay notice of eviction.

Typically when the homeowner is 90 days late on a mortgage payment the bank may issue a notice of default.

If There’s another leak do you want them to “not notice it” or “be out of town” while the damage is done?
