I think that trend will be  nationwide, but I expect the rest of coastal florida(outside of primo Miami) to get a harsh correction. some cities (miami,san diego) created their own market that's hard to compare to other market because of the immigration pattern and status.

Many nationwide lenders can fund deals regardless of location and often have competitive terms.

This company was big name, in business for decades, nationwide product, BBB rated, every contractor who uses the product needs to be licensed with the manufacturer so we figured we we would be okay with 1/2 down, 1/2 at completion.
