A close friend of the family ,who was married, and had a house together got divorced and in between that time, she did a QC and removed her name from the deed.

But I don’t think I’ll be able to get a business credit line though since I bought the house under my name and not an LLC I’m not 100% how the business credit works.

However, transferring your current home into an LLC may affect financing, as most traditional lenders require it to remain in your personal name for a home equity loan.

They know that I own a lot of real estate, but they are only asking me questions about properties that I own where the initial debt was was taken out in my own name (qualifying loans or non-DSCR loans) before I transferred them into LLCs.
