This prohibition includes but is not limited to, loud noises, loud music, noxious or unpleasant orders and disruptive behavior or actions. 

The other day when I was home I heard some pretty loud music coming from their apartment.

And, ironically, it seems that Acapulco has undergone a renaissance with Mexican tourism.On January 16, 2017, 5 people, including foreigners died in an exchange of gunfire at the Blue Parrot nightclub during a music festival as a collateral damage of a fight between drug dealers.

All of a sudden they are wanting to “re-discuss” the lease because the neighbor’s dog barks a lot and they play music in the middle of the night ie 2:30am until 5:30am quite often - week days, weekends, it doesn’t matter.

There are plenty of REIAs in the Dallas area  that are composed of  a fair amount  Real Estate Investors.  

Since I'm in Arizona and I see this problem (illegals) a lot (by the way we boarder Mexico in case you don't have a globe) and we as a family go see the band the "Merry Achies" at holidays and eat tacos and tortillas, and see Indian hoop dancing, and basket weaving, it isn't about the food or music.

You may never become Steve Jobs (or Fred Astaire), but, if you play your cards right, you get enough reps to get that innate awareness of your own frequency and rhythm and you begin to find music (and prospects) that suit your speed.
