Then I had kids and it all made sense. 

Not having kids, the property served as a write off as i had moved into an apartment in Phoenix. 18 months after moving to Phoenix i purchased a single family home in which to live in Scottsdale, AZ.

But we had four kids, a hubby who was a car guy and needed a shop or big garages, and a limited income.

Just say this is a pre-recorded informational session, no harm… then someone named Ramsey called me and it was a young kid from NY and the total for the course was 2-3grand I believe.

But if hold on them for awhile and pay them off, then your family and kids and enjoy the income they produce.

I am also trying to get my investment back so I can pay my Kids college Fee.

People will rent homes in that area because they cannot yet afford to buy, but hope to buy a newer home in the future and keep the kids in the same school system and around their same friends.

I’m in a different situation with no kids and not married but I would still urge you to find a way to pay off CC debt.  

If you are single or married without kids and an understanding spouse.
