Haha.Good morning and here’s my situation.I own a multifamily and my tenants on the bottom floor are complaining about footsteps in the apartment above them.

My 13th hour cancellation was someone who had booked for 3 weeks and after a week announced that her plans had changed and she was leaving the following morning.

Good morning everyone, I had some general questions on which idea would be better to start off.

Think FL, TX, AZ, NV, and other southern states as the ones that boomed the fastest.On the flip side, the northeast ME, VT, and NY are still strong markets and will probably be the last dominoes to fall.I can't tell you what to do, but I am waiting until the middle of 2025/2026 before trying to catch a falling knife in the southern areas.  

Take a look at the pictures, is it higher, lower, middle quality compared to yours.

Low cost + high rent/value ratio.My market of Middle TN doesn't have any livable property for that price and the 1% rule isn't very realistic. 

Not the cheapest 25% or the most expensive 25% but I’m the middle, where people want to and can afford to live. 

Even way out in the middle of the moutains where I am.

I inherited 62 acres of land in Middle Tennessee back in 2017.
