It's nowhere near mature, it's just 13 years old.

GinoHey Gino--follow-up question --just starting to look at multifamily ...are the problems I see referred to (pretty much everywhere) that the property valuations have fallen for multi or that a large number of loans are maturing? 

Now these 5 year, 7 year, and 10 year terms will mature leaving lots of owners unable to refi or break even. 

It's the scam sales funnel 101 that you read about online with old ladies spending their last dime on some "guru".4.

But also people are thinking of marching to the house of the lady who POSSIBLY reported the squirrel and burning their house down, so I think it's best I dont go down that route haha. 

I had a Real Estate Agent/Broker lady, who had been in the business for a few years and was on her third 3/2 new house near me.

Some of the ladies were crying a little ...

We are operating on the assumption that Lakewood market is pretty matured at this time.All thoughts welcome!
