Your first flip should be a lipstick job where the spread is small, but easy to get with no major malfunctions in the home and the flip job is too small for all of the other investors in your area.

Tenant shall notify Landlord if any such device is malfunctioning so that it can be replaced in a timely manner.

Also, make sure the tenants are not blocking the output floor registers and intake return ducts, as that can cause a furnace to malfunction or shut off.We also provide lightbulbs.
