I would recommend that you don't ignore it; repair the drywall, monitor it and see if the drywall cracks in the same locations again.

You could tell them to cancel the listing and you will find someone else to list it after a month not 4 months (the market take is subjective too, all dependent on what your house has compared to others, where it is located, the size of it, and so many other factors).

Does anyone have a refferal for a sewer scope company? I'd prefer a small business. I have 8 buildings with possibly 9 lines that I would like to get a package deal on sewer scopes of all the lines.
