I have a deep, to the core, loathing or those who use "news for profit", which is never news, and has the most miniscule of fine prints to clear liability, while presenting themselves in such was as to deceive persons just to drive views for advertising or schlep some BS like iodine because were all about to be nuked or what ever s#it.

If (commercial, 5%) debt service is $6K, there's almost no way to make that sale price work.I *might* be able to scrape up cash if I get a HELOC on the rental property that I own free and clear, and again on my residence, but I'm really loathe to pull out equity for this size of risk with little experience. 

I'm the kind of person that loathes the idea of Cash for Keys though I understand the concept. 

I will say that I can find loans here fairly easily for most areas, but there are a few areas where banks loathe to provide loans in.
