from what I have seen on the Facebook its a lot of beginner wholesalers daisy chaining deals. everyone is pleasant and lots of ra ra ra .

If you are trying to piece everything together yourself remotely I think the time and brain damage and extra cost in time and cash you would be better to go yourself and do it. 

i need to go back in time and tell my parents to buy there in the 70s or 80s when it was still affordable. 

It turns out I may have jumped the gun a bit, but thankfully, I managed to sort things out with the 3 girls, and we found a 4th roommate just in time for classes to start.

If you have 100k invested in a property but you're only cash flowing $200 a month, it might make more sense to sell and reinvest into another property or simply put the 100k in a high yield saving account at this point in time.  

It's definitely more intimating and involved than a rental could be, but you may be able to make a lump sum of cash in 6 months or so that you could use towards other investments!

Again people give themselves false confidence carrying weapons, believing police will get there in time to save them, etc.

It may become a store in time but it isn't now. 

At this point in time unless he comes way down off of his invoice I don’t see any way around this getting ugly.
