Paul and Special Financing Company both  promised they would take care of this by December 27th and then just today in the mail I got two letters saying that they had transferred my loan to another company...That is the most insane thing I have ever encountered in all the years of dealing with shady businesses on the internet-!!!!

They have bots that look for every piece of furniture on the internet, create a listing for it, and then have it shipped if you buy it (often at a 2-3X markup). 

Renegotiating some utility contracts (garbage and removing some on site office paid internet/phone bills) 5.

Then think about writing off your cellphone, your internet, you car, your home office, your tax prep, etc etc etc.  

With social media it's up to the user to follow authentic genuine people/accounts, and it's up to the user to post authentic genuine content.

From there, it requires the ability to conduct underwriting the highest and best use of a planned project, which requires a pro forma built by the user or acquired from a competent 3rd party.
