Included was 2 bedroom, 1 bath house, 2 bedroom mobile home and a rental lot with a tenant owned mobile home.

Due to this behavior, she has broken the lease under the "other good cause" that was included.

Renovations were mostly cosmetic but included a new roof, windows, siding, front and back porch and patio, new flooring, paint, kitchen, bathrooms, fixtures.
