Please recommend a lawyer who works with fixed fee and does not charge for every min s/he talks to you. 

If the case was substantial, I would imaging your lawyer could subpoena the officers to have them testify to what they witnessed. 

I’m just saying get your lawyers lined up and signed off first.

The likelihood that any scraps will be left after the lawyers get paid and other suits are settled is quite low.
