I'm hoping that someone here can offer some advice on a rather uncommon situation.I'm an Aussie passport holder with a non-immigrant b1/b2 US visa, so in simple terms I'm a foreign visitor in the USA.

Does anyone know the legality of renting to illegal immigrants?

NOW, if we are to have the HOA responsible for the interior of each of the units as well, here are the eminent problems I foresee:    - owners will be even more careless and act irresponsibly for their units since they don't pay for the repairs of the interior of their units    - because many of the owners rent their units (technically they sublease), they will be even less incentivized to maintain their units    - the HOA pays for all maintenance and repairs of units and owners get the benefit of rent    - repairs/maintenance of units is not properly proportioned to their respective owners, meaning that there is no incentive to keep my property up because any repairs will come out of the pocket of all other owners    - this penalizes good owners and rewards slummy owners    - this will put the owner residents at a big disadvantage because the owners who rent their units will cause maintenance fees to increase for all owners, especially due to high turnover    --> in Summary, this is a straight example of socialist-style system (I know, my family immigrated to the US from the USSR) and it will just sink our whole Co-op.  

Should I consult with various lawyers and a CPA, is it better to go with a firm that has experienced in various practices such as corporate and tax law and maybe immigration?

I wasn't doing mortgages back then when all this toxic lending was going on, but this makes it 100% clear to me that immigrants were targeted with these garbage loan programs.

Aside from US citizens or natural citizens, clients with the following immigration status can start a business in this country.

My immigration application to become a permanent resident is being processed at the moment so will have SSN in about 3 months or so.

I worked with immigrant construction workers for $30 for 10-hour days after I was unable to find a job of any sort.

I might be pretty biased about Texas but it will continue to go well as long as it gets all the people immigration.  

Those jobs created by businesses and expanse gave rise to mass immigration.
