However, I’m seeing this as a blessing, hopefully it’ll be resolved soon and it’s given me a runway to learn as much as I can so I don’t make huge glaring errors when I decide on my first deal :)  Not sure if your fiancee is a citizen but they might be able to own the company that you are doing real estate through.
