I still have been tagging you in on posts all the time for Columbus.The post was about constructive criticism vs. blind faith and you took your post as a chance to tag the CEO of the company back into the forum to talk about me.

Fortunately ours was not red tagged but both times had heavy damage (but less than most properties).  

Food in fridge is from April this year and it basically looks like someone was half way through moving out and then something happened and so a bunch of stuff is still in house. specifically one room filled with about 10 burner phones, 3 tvs, personal clothes, mail, kids personal items and bunch of random stuff new with tags, etc etc. he also had pets which was against lease term. one of the rooms was used as a pet room completely destroying carpet and staining walls with urine etc. 

So after talking to a local heavy duty tow truck company the price tag is 620$ per hour to come get the R/V off the property.

Of course, that sort of price tag that he pulled out of the air is not logical and just shows me that I cannot be trusting with people without a firm price on all projects. 

I immediately struggled with QB and found it annoying that I constantly had to tag all the transactions for the bookkeeper AND pay her to manage it all.

And in general, do you believe it is worth the 25k+ price tag?

I have spoken with dozens of CPAs that understand the ruling in the passive loss limitations as @Brandon Hall explains it (tagging him in case he wants to defend his position), and very few that don't view it that way.
