If we advertised it as a 3 bed rental with 2 bonus rooms does that keep it above hoses even if tenants choose to turn bonus room into another bedroom?

Either the water rises above the slab and gets in in between the siding and foundation or they hydraulic pressure of the water pushes up from the soil beneath the slab through the cracks in the foundation.

So no to washer and drier.Cut water lines that would go to the water supply to where the washer goes.Cut water lines to outside water hose.

Over the weekend I installed a lock on the outdoor hose and informed tenants I would be making visits to check for leaking toilet flappers etc.After word got around I was contacted by one of the tenants to inform me that the one unit that has in-unit laundry (preexisting when I bought the property last Nov) has been running the washer at least once a day.
