@Sofia De Santos Tavarez if you haven't already, have the property professionally inspected.This should catch MOST of the structural, health & code issues - but not all.

While it may possible in older homes, water damage is still a concern and raises health concerns. 

Handling Unforseen DelaysA clause should address unexpected events beyond human control, including weather-related delays, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen structural issues.

After decades of work in the industry, and in Green House design and administration, she is very comfortable with the model of establishing relationships with a home health provider for on-site care.
