This area will soon be considered a old town heritage style based on the zoning area.

It looks as though you have a rich heritage, and probably some great connections already in the business.  

People can't seem to remember that EVERYONE in the US has immigrant heritage.

The question I'm asking is do you ever feel that the money you could make is not worth changing an area's heritage or history.

They removed all evidence of their heritage from the house and had another appraisal and voila, they got their value which, according to several Realtors familiar with their situation was truly a fair and honest estimate of value.

New west has become a prime spot, with highly sought after properties in the queens park area which a large majority are heritage status houses.
