Hello, I'm currently in escrow on a property in Flamingo Heights / Yucca Valley.

For example Washington DC limits building height which is dumb.

Lot's of opportunities with owners selling who purchased at the height of the market end of 2021 and 2022. 

I tried to look at some properties for STR in Pocono Lakes, Hudson Valley, and Jersey Heights as this will be my first investment I'm worried as these will be good locations to go ahead for STR.

I live about 10 minutes east of the clinic in University Heights. 

As for use as "finished space", a basement can add SOME value but typically the head height may be lower, it doesn't have large windows etc.

Does it meet the minimum height requirements?

It takes about 45 days for the grass to grow to a height of 6ft and only needs to be planted once every 9 years.
