The Covid eviction moratorium was the most harsh in the nation as it did not allow evictions even for non payment and/or lease violations.  

It's also upsetting her kids' skin because it is so harsh, so a simple drinking water filter isn't a favored solution. 

If you feel they're being too harsh, think about their intent.

Some might think this is a bit harsh, but if they did this stupid damage and can't (won't) pay for it, who wants them as tenants?

The winters aren't as harsh down here and the price points/landlord laws are also friendly but I've heard great things about Ohio! 

And, here's a harsh reality:  you mean nothing to the tenant...their caseworker is the one with the power.
