Roots can damage things underground, limbs can hang over roofs causing damage by rubbing.

You could probably be okay just trimming back the branches that hang over the roof.

I suspect this was done back in the days of uber hangover inventory.. today not really possible in 95% of the markets in the US..  

With it being 6 days, and you knowing they are leaving  (assuming they plan on it), and knowing you don't have a contract to enforce, or security deposit to hang over their head, I'd go in and try to be nice.      

To much you may find yourself in a down ward spiral.Please add some substance before using. ...Or you may have one aweful hang over when you wake up after this big party. 

The last 8 years have been the biggest monetary experiment ever and now that that took the punch bowl away, here comes the hangover.

I remember one of the guests on the BP podcast from Pittsburgh saying, "You don't get the hangover if you're not invited to the party", when they were discussing the crash in 2008.

So they just don't have huge hangover inventory...

Lots of people supercharged their vacations when COVID was raging, buoyed by lots of government money, and there's an inevitable hangover.

But I am hesitant to play the "I own the home" card because I feel that would be an unfair thing to hang over someone's head (also my father would do that a lot and it would make me upset).
