Yeah, the Midwest and South have definitely stood out to me great mix of affordability, growth, and investment potential.

A mix of both can be powerful depending on your goals.

They do everything from apartments to mixed-use to self-storage.

Albany has a mix of appreciation and cash flow opportunities, steady rental market due to state /government jobs and colleges.I would love to help you out with your investing journey.

There is also a mix of snowbirds and part-timers from southern states who consider this home.

Of course your other debts including student loans go into the mix to come up with your total debt to income but the income needed  is a lot smaller then a lot of borrowers in your situation tend to  think.
