I would ask, when you say real estate, specifically what are you trying to accomplish or do?

In my area specifically most investment type property listings are properties that were purchased 1 to 2 years ago.

But, you'll need to get with an REI-savvy bookkeeper/firm to help you set it up since it's not an REI-specific software.

Why ask: You want to know the mentor’s qualifications, expertise, and track record in the specific area you need help with.

However, many states now require some version of a license to wholesale, so I'd identify a market first and then dig into their specific wholesaler requirements. 

Keeping in mind you're not making a decision for your forever home....Let me know if you need market specific insight. 

i wouldn't tell you where you should move since i don't know you.also, a lender would be in the best position to advise whether you qualify for a specific loan.
