If you'd like to include someone's name for "friendliness factor," look up the company in your Secretary of State's corporate database and use the president's name...XYZ Inc.Attn: John SmithGood luck prospecting. 

All these areas have different pros/cons from landlord friendliness, the local teams, the numbers, etc.  

I would also focus on affordability of the market, tax situation, friendliness of local govt to business, quality of life and number of renters in the market.The South East & West markets are more attractive right now, due to the factors listed above.BestGino

Never underestimate the powers of friendliness, insistence, and begging. 

What is landlord friendliness to you (definition and examples)? 

As the title says, I'm in the market for a new bank; hopefully one that can do it ALL efficiently and with great user-friendliness.  

And for the 2 cents it's worth, I'd say Tampa over LA: taxes, landlord friendliness, rent to price ratio, appreciation, population growth, household income to median home price all favor Tampa from what I can tell. 

As an agent I tend to dress in a casual and comfortable manner and let me knowledge and friendliness lead the way.
