@Obed Calixte The memories that bring me joy from a career perspective are the times when I've had the good fortune of delivering an above-projection return after a successful investment round trip. 

It has a lot going for it from a long-term rental/cash on cash return perspective, but I’m not too sure about short term rental demand and occupancy.

Thanks to everyone who posted their valuable perspectives here which has made this thread so amazing to read right from 2017 till Oct 2021.

Thats how it makes sense from a business perspective.

The last post on this topic I see is from about seven years ago... so figured I would start fresh. 

They are prompt, proactive and understand property management from an investment perspective.  

No shot this becomes a warrantable condo from a lender's perspective.

However, you will get a range of perspectives because several here don't mind and even brag about losing monthly.

That’s an interesting perspective from the wholesaler you spoke with.

It would be ideal to chat with investors operating in the Midwest, but I welcome anyone's perspective on BRRRing from a considerable distance (plane flight away).Thanks!
