I do want a beautiful home because I love to gather with friends and family and want to host.Im in Orlando, and there's so many great restaurants and I love eating really good food and a great atmosphere.  

This doesn't just stem in SFR, this stems in fast food chains, logistics chains, trade shops, infrastructure RE, energy trades.

But it also depends on your risk tolerance- if you have a decent safety net, you can leverage yourself a bit.

And who lack experience, sophistication and are unaware of the dangers of Subject To for the seller, is like handing out firearms and bullets with no safety training.

Hire a licensed and insured electrician there are codes that are in place to protect people and property it is a safety risk that you should not cut corners to save a few dollars on.

They usually cherry-pick fire and safety related items from new editions of the building code that just can't wait, in their opinion.
