Generally there is consensus that DSCR Lenders can only offer a 1% prepayment penalty for up to 3 years in MI, but some lenders have recently reportedly been flaunting this rule - I would just tread carefully here in this area, generally not advisable to get potentially tangled up in a flawed legal doc with a non-sophisticated or fly by night lender

Also, I do fly a lot from Chicago OHare, especially international direct flights.

Just because you've ridden in a plan does not mean your qualified to fly a plane.

@Andrea Leei hope you get some good recommendations but can you fly out there and meet folks in person? 

If the property would perform well as an STR, the owner will make more money if they hire a legit STR manager and pocket the profits instead of handing them over to this fly by night operator for arbitrage.If it doesn't do well, the operator can just break lease and disappear.

sign me up.. but I am not going to fly spirit airlines  :)
