The more time you invest in something the more incentivized you are to actually sign on the dotted line, because you think to yourself "well i put in this much time so far, might as well finish it up".The issue with this scam/con sales process is that the guys on the phone are aiding and abetting the victim on the phone to do something which is not in their best interest.

Unfortunately, timing was about 2 months late and the market went dormant for larger homes in our area around late August when we had the home finished.

His advice was to terminate Delta and hire another builder who can finish the job. 

I own 2 homes and one of them now is vacant, and march will be 3 months of vacancy. the tenant moved out december 31 after one year of lease. the handyman man who works for the management finished the respair almost the end of January, nothing major just paint the wall and some carpert cleaning.

Still waiting on rehab to be finish but will also be flying out to see the property after everything gets done.

I don't see finished making much of a difference in value.

If you’re confident in handling the entire process from start to finish and know how to mitigate risks when things go wrong, then you probably don't need an agent.
